The club has arranged a discount membership at Plus Fitness 24/7 Gym at McGraths Hill. Membership to Plus Fitness 24/7 through UWS Rugby will cost $10 per week with no sign up fee or membership contract. The membership includes access to all the Plus Fitness 24/7 Gym's. This is a great opportunity to hit the gym and get ready for the season ahead.

Registration Day - 09 Feb 2014
The Club is holding a Registration Day from 12 - 3pm Sunday 9th February 2014 at RG McGee's. This will be an opportunity for both returning and new players to meet the Committee and Coaches for 2014. The Committee and Coaches will be discussing the plans for the year ahead. This will also be our first social event for the year so make sure that you come along for lunch and a water as we get ready for the year ahead.
